Max C. Brattig is a senior M&A and restructuring specialist with 20 years of experience in sell-side and buy-side M&A as well as in management consulting. He has deep expertise in logistics and the international start-up scene. He has been involved with several portfolio companies and restructuring programs. He also mentors and invests as a successful business angel and has successfully exited several companies. He has previously been with Lowendalmasaï (now Ayming), In Time and RailMaint.

He holds a Masters degree in Business & Managerial Economics from ESCP Europe.
